I’ve got a new approach to getting more done in less time… and more of what I care about. At the beginning of each month I write down just seven things I want to see happen in my life. They’re not all business goals, some are health related, family, friends, etc.
I look at that list of seven goals each morning and ask myself… “What can I do to move these seven goals forward today?” I also give myself permission to make zero progress on anything else that month. I find this new strategy removes stress, focuses my efforts, and takes the pressure off getting too many things done, especially things that don’t matter.
So as August 1st approaches, ask yourself, “What are seven things I would like to see happen this month?” Look at that list each morning and don’t be surprised to see some or all of it come to life.
