Carol Cohen has nearly 20 years of experience in sales and business development, executive career pathing, and leadership performance. Carol earned a dual-degree Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Rutgers University. She also possesses an MBA in International Business from the University of Colorado. She achieved champion-level Six Sigma training from the American Society for Quality and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Jeff Cohen is a seasoned Human Resources senior executive with nearly 20 years experience across multiple HR disciplines including integrated talent management, employee training and development, organizational restructuring, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and strategic HR communications. He’s a trusted business partner to C-level and senior management teams with an extensive record of strategizing and executing impactful HR solutions across international teams. Jeff is highly adept at mobilizing HR teams to deliver cutting edge, business-focused outcomes at all organizational levels. Jeff earned a dual-degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and Marketing from the Wharton School of Business. He has shared his insights through appearances on CNN, CBS, NJN, and Voice of America, and through interviews with USA Today, the (New York) Daily News, the Denver Post, the Chicago Tribune, and the Boston Herald. He’s also a four-time published author in the fields of Human Resources, employee development, and personal achievement.
